Tonight I sat down and put together some short and sassy charm earrings to put into my etsy shop. Next up taking photos of individual pairs and edit them.

First pinterest inspired craft
So I found on pinterest a couple days ago tangle free headphones and all you need is embroidery thread which I have tons because of my summer job of arts and crafts director. I bought some of my own when we ran out on site. So I sat down for the last two days and basically did a Chinese staircase friendship bracelet around my headphones. It probably could have been done quicker but I did it between cleaning whatnot and quite frankly my back is killing me from sitting weird. The end product is cool though. Now Ii can throw them in my purse pocket or drawer with out getting a tangled mess later. I'm hoping to do some more pinterest inspired projects soon.

More garage sale finds
My former boss had a garage sale as I think I mentioned before. Then she had me help her pack up her stuff as she is moving. She allowed me to take anything I wanted. I walked away with lots of fun goodies. A vintage saltines tin, a sewing box that now houses my misc. vintage thread spools and sewing stuff, a vintage jewelry box that now holds my bling, bling. Some almost brand new artist pastels among many other fun things that are in the pictures below. Most of the empty boxes and tins mean I can collects lots more fun stuff!!

3x3 card number 3
I wanted to play with different opens so I decided to make a gate fold card. I used our "Just Bloom shapes flutters" our awesome new sympathy set and the pemberley workshop stamp set. Nothing fancy but I think it came out cute.

Planning another CTMH meeting
Well I got all my fun product to play with for my next club meeting on Friday and decided to start to work on the class a little bit today. I decided to use a bag from the close to my heart cricut cartridge and make a few 3x3 cards. These are what I planned so far I think I will do at least one more card. I also decided to cut all the envelopes out on the cricut cause it works out to be a little more cost effective. I'm loving how the projects are turning out and I hope the ladies do too!

New look
so yesterday I had a date with my hair dresser. She can over and cut my hair. I knew when we started that I wanted my bangs back. I have to crazy cowlicks that stick up like devil horns too often and it seems like when I have bangs they aren't bad. I love how she did them she spent time feathering them and making them look good. The last time I had bangs the girl that did them didn't spend any time on them and they looked okay but not as awesome as they do now. We also took about 2 inches off my hair and she did long layer through the back to make it look fuller. The end result is cute. I'm liking my new do. There has been no crafting for the last week or so, but I feel like I should be blogging. Hopefully the next few days aside from the little things I need to do around the house and maybe some riding. I'm hoping to do something creative. I have a small creative project planned for later but I can't share it because they are special cards that I don't want to spoil for some special little people in my life or their parents. So I will post them when I know they got them. So for now till we meet again....

Where did the weekend go?
I'm sitting on the couch at my aunt donna's house wondering where did the weekend go. I didn't do a whole lot. I made some earrings that need to be sent out in the morning. Other then that I hung out on the couch watched tv played on the computer and did laundry. Sometimes you need those kinds of weekends. Today I had an awesome dinner at aunt Donna and uncle john's. We had my favorite corn beef, cabbage, mashed potatoes and carrot! I'm happy to get out of the house, but I'm kinda feeling crafty with no craft stuff.
